Kathryn and Salena exchanged vows at the picturesque Windham Manor. This stunning venue, nestled amidst the scenic Catskill Mountains, provided the perfect backdrop for their special day. With its newly constructed barn and beautifully renovated Victorian mansion, Windham Manor offered an ideal blend of rustic charm and modern flair. As Kathryn and Salena celebrated their love surrounded by breathtaking views, their wedding dreams came to life in the heart of the Catskills.
Situated on 45 acres of land at the base of the Catskill Mountains, Windham Manor is overflowing with natural beauty, making the Catskills a dream destination for any occasion. After all, who wouldn't want to savor a delicious meal amidst such breathtaking views?
A FUSION FEAST BY 2SHEA AND KARAVELLI
Kathryn and Salena's wedding was a culinary journey that blended diverse flavors. Every menu aspect reflected the couple's unique tastes and cultural backgrounds, from the mix of passed bites, a bruschetta grazing table, and custom stations curated by Karavelli and 2Shea Catering. The celebration continued all night long with a coffee station, dessert spread, and a late-night snack station featuring a signature dish from Karavelli, Vegetable Samosa + Hakka Noodles.
2Shea Catering crafted a menu featuring Tortellini Alfredo, tender Stuffed London Broil with Mushroom Madeira sauce, and savory Vegetable Lasagna for the brides' dinner buffet. These dishes and a fresh seasonal vegetable medley promised a dinner worth celebrating. The brides noted to 2Shea after, 'A 2Shea menu must-have is the Tortellini Alfredo! It was so rich and delicious.'
Additionally, Karavelli brings a taste of India to the table with its traditional offerings, including Butter Chicken, Paneer Masala, Palak Vegetable, and Channa Masala, served alongside fragrant Basmati Rice, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, and Laacha Paratha. This fusion of flavors created a unique dining experience that mirrored Kathryn and Salena's blend and love story.
